Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include original UPC, all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • If the item is damaged or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer support by sending an email to contact@jirablaze.com prior to initiating a return.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened items 
  • Open-box gear
  • Products with missing packaging, missing accessories, free accessories, warranty cards, instruction manuals, package wrapping, or damaged/missing UPC codes.
  • Overly used or Damaged products. Overly used or Damaged products that are returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

  • If return conditions listed above are not met or non-returnable items are returned, Moment reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a 15% restocking fee of the item purchase price.
  • A 20$ restocking fee will be applied 

*There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or the item appears in brand new condition. This includes product and accessories

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refund Policy

If you’d wish to return an item to Jirablaze, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items within the first packaging that came with the merchandise All Products must be returned in finesse.

1- Refund

We understand that there are times you’d possibly not like your product, which we provide a 30 day window to return your product for a refund if it’s unused and in excellent condition. 

If you’d wish to return your item, there is a 20$ restocking fee, but you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.


2- Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@jirablaze.com.and send your item to 541 Manchester Terrace, Inglewood, CA 90301. 


3- Defected

If you discover your order is flawed, you’d wish to contact us at:

  • Mail : contact@jirablaze.com with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we’ll immediately send a replacement product.


4- Not as described or wrong Product

If you discover your order is flawed, you’d wish to contact us at :

  • Mail : contact@jirablaze.com with photos of the merchandise we’ll provide a return shipping label. Once it’s tracking we’ll ship a replacement product immediately.


5- Change of mind:

Change of Mind isn’t acceptable. No return Or Refund will Process.

Color or texture could even vary from photo as each product is natural and handmade



6- Cancel order

We usually ship the orders immediately.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

We will send an involve participation by the processing department , but we’ll not guarantee the process.

 However you will always have to return the order once you received it.

* All refunds are going to be issued after receiving the returned product and after being inspected. It’s going to take up to 7 days to reflect in to your bank account .


Please note : Customers are charged a fee to return the products to us. Shipping and handling charges and other fees aren’t reimbursed. We cannot accept cash payments on delivery. 

You’d wish to provide a legitimate tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.

Regular products are often returned for a refund, replacement, or a credit hold, while special or custom products can only be returned for change.

Once the Execution Center has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it is going to be issued within 7 days. 

Please note that, relying on the financial institution , it’ll take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.



7- Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 541 Manchester Terrace, Inglewood, CA 90301.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipments must be pre-dispatched employing a traceable method like USPS or insured mail.

8 – Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
