Our projector is ceiling-mounted, 15 feet from our 84-inch screen. The bright, fantastic picture is easily viewed with our shutters open at noon to the intense Phoenix-area sun.

We’ve never owned a projector before, so we did a lot of research before choosing the Epson 4010. I’m very glad we did! It’s holding it up great.

After Plugging it in and turning it on I was blown away. Looks fantastic on both DVD and Blu Ray resolutions and Apple TV streaming in all resolutions. Haven’t seen it side by side with a dedicated 4k chip projector but I doubt the big difference in cost would justify it. Really like it

I’m a home theater fanatic that’s owned several high quality projectors over the years, so I was eager to try the latest from Epson. I’ve owned several Epson projectors, but mostly they’ve been the small, portable units designed for business use. If you’re shopping for your home theater projector, there’s a lot to like about the Epson, and unless you’re willing to spend several times more, it’s hard to imagine a better choice. This is one product I have no trouble giving my highest recommendation.
